Questions

What counts as one item?
One photo or scanned page. A 5-page worksheet PDF counts as 5. An essay counts as its page count, or one item per 500 words if you upload it as text, whichever is larger. So a 1,200-word typed essay is 3 items.
Do worksheets and essays share the same allowance?
Yes. One monthly pool covers both, so you can spend it however your week actually looks.
What happens when I use up my included items?
On Free, grading pauses until the 1st of next month. On Pro and Max, grading keeps working and each extra item is 10¢, added to your next invoice. Overage is capped at $50 a month (past that, grading pauses), so a big grading month can never turn into a surprise bill.
Which plan fits my class load?
One elementary class grading weekly runs about 100 items a month: Pro covers that several times over. A full secondary load, five or six sections of 25 to 30 students, runs 400 to 900 items in a heavy month: that is what Max is sized for.
Does it work with Google Classroom or Canvas?
Yes, on paid plans. Import a class and an assignment, grade what students turned in, and send the scores back to your gradebook. It is in early access, so we turn it on per account: email hello@nudgelearn.app and you will usually have it the same day.
Is my students’ work private?
Yes. Graded papers are tied to your account and are never shared. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
